Reids Peak

Captured during late summer along the Wall Lake Trail in the High Uintas Wilderness area of the Uinta National Forest. The background features Reids Peak (center left) and Bald Mountain (center right). Most of this trail is heavily wooded, while this short section provides a beautiful overlook of the valley. This shot was captured just a few minutes after a heavy thunderstorm -- Lucky for me I brought along a rain poncho and camera cover.
