The wind was howling and the sky was overcast. Can you say dull? Regardless, I meandered through the dunes with my wife and a colleague to see what we could discover. While walking barefoot on the sand, Dustin yelled out, "Look behind you!" We turned around to see oranges and pinks beginning to glow. It was completely unexpected, and as is the normal drill for photographers, we all scrambled in different directions looking for perspectives. This is what I came up with. Such an incredible night! You can even see colored light reflecting off the sand blowing in the air!
