Quick Glimpse
"Quick Glimpse." I scoped a bear in the distance, about 400 yards away, and projected the likely path that would be taken while foraging along the way. I positioned myself in the anticipated path, propped my lens up, and waited. About ten minutes later the desired scene unfolded through the viewfinder, as the bear emerged from the thick forest towards me. I only had a quick glimpse to capture the scene, and it worked.
