I was fortunate to spend the first official weekend of fall with some friends in Provo Canyon. We meandered up a dirt (and muddy) road and eventually came to a meadow with fresh fallen snow. The air was brisk, but the venture was well worth the discomfort. Sunset brought about a pleasant golden hour and this magnificent scene of Mount Timpanogos in the Wasatch Range.
A 2x1 panoramic composition, a single exposure taken by the Nikon D800 and 24-120mm, and cropped to my preferred aspect ratio.
