It is not often I take the time to photograph architecture, but I had the amazing opportunity to spend a spring week in the historic town of Nauvoo, Illinois. Among the beauty in the city is the Nauvoo Temple, perched on the bluff above the surrounding lowlands. On the last day of the visit, I searched for a vantage point that combined my favorite subject, nature, with the architecture. This is the perspective I liked most.
