I awoke early on my wedding anniversary to enjoy a beautiful summer sunrise view near the Snake River Overlook in Grand Teton National Park. The morning air was crisp and fog had just lifted from the area. I was not sure-footed while setting up on the hillside, so this shot was quickly taken, and then I moved on to a different perspective. It was near this vantage point Ansel Adams caught one of the magnificent views of the Tetons that inspires so many artists today.
