Desert Fog
++ Image proudly displayed at the Jordan Valley Cancer Center; Also featured in the Bighorn Gallery at Dead Horse Point State Park September 2, 2015 through February 29, 2016 ++
A few friends and I arrived at Mesa Arch early in the morning to capture sunrise. This is a normal drill, as I have done it on so many occasions. Except this time we were greeted with a layer of fog. Right at sunup, the fog thickened, obscuring some of the normally viewed features, such as Washer Woman Arch and the valley floor. This rare situation created a unique composition indeed.
